We provide mail and package forwarding services from the USA and China to Jamaica. Customers are provided with a dedicated shipping address to use for online purchases.
2. User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information upon registration. You are responsible for ensuring that items shipped to your designated address comply with Jamaican laws and customs regulations. Shipping of illegal or hazardous materials is strictly prohibited.
3. Payment & Fees
Shipping rates are based on weight/volume and chosen method (Air/Sea). All fees must be paid in full before packages are released. Customs duties and taxes assessed by the Jamaican government are the sole responsibility of the customer.
4. Limitation of Liability
is not liable for items damaged by the merchant before arriving at our warehouse. Our liability for lost or damaged items while in our care is limited to our specific shipping policies.

Shipping & Refund Policy
Shipping Timelines
Air freight shipments typically arrive in Jamaica within 3-5 business days after leaving our overseas facility. Sea freight timelines vary based on the departure schedule and destination. Delays by customs or airlines are beyond our control.
Refunds & Claims
If a package is lost while in the verifiable custody of , we will process a claim based on the declared invoice value (up to specific limits unless additional insurance was purchased).
Refunds for shipping charges are only issued in cases of gross negligence on our part. Customs duties paid on behalf of the customer are non-refundable by us.
Abandoned Packages
Packages left uncollected for more than 30 days after arrival notification may accrue storage fees or be auctioned/disposed of to cover freight costs.
